I was not sure as owner criticism on two films that starred a decade ago by Angelina Jolie. The first thing I thought, because of my negative vein, was "Game over" in clear reference to video games, and so I was introduced terrible that both tapes. Finally I decided to title "Insert Coins", not because I felt that it should follow the trend of the two versions of 2001 and 2003, but because I think it may be possible to make a quality film product based on the saga of the game for consoles and computers.

The main problem with the film in my opinion is that a demo of the game seem plain and simple. Nothing comes out of what can be found when you experience playing action from home with your command, at least at home we can interact with the movies attends a share too predictable and a total absence of intrigue, suspense or surprise . We also have to add the extremely poor interpretation of Jolie with cocky gestures which I believe are not stuck with the character of Lara Croft, and showing her body as if it were a mannequin. It's a waste that interpreters have shown that after some skill as Daniel Craig, Gerard Butler, Djimon Hounsou, Iain Glen, etc, end up as puppets of an evil action filmed, narrated and unimaginative-creative.

There are two points that can "save" the burning: some special effects are achieved enough and give the film some interesting moments, though it must be said that there are others who absolutely not, such as offering little resistance columns and statues of several meters thick shake before receiving their weapons Lara and on the other hand, and I think it's certainly the most interesting feature of these films is the outdoor photography with some impressive locations and are very well captured by the camera.

It is noteworthy that after these mediocre films, were made an animated series that neither caused a furor in 2008 and another film that I refuse to see for the horrible reviews it received. But I want to end this review by calling (which I know will fall on deaf ears) to screenwriters and adapters of any story: Lara Croft has the potential to become the Indiana Jones of the women with a good script and could become an excellent film franchise, or so she thinks yours truly.

"Prince of Persia: Las arenas del tiempo _ Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time (2010)" DE LA LÁMPARA MÁGICA A LA DAGA PARA VIAJAR EN EL TIEMPO

FROM MAGIC LAMP TO THE DAGGER TO TRAVEL IN TIME

Exploiting a cinematically game has in recent years very well in the film industry.Gone are those eyesore called Super Mario Bros, 1993. Prince of Persia (POP) portion of the advantage of treating a subject that has been brought to the bigscreen a few times and generally with more success than failure. Anyway, no more than mere entertainment and little twists delves into great efforts script orplot.

There are basically two things to note from this tape. First action, which undoubtedly becomes the main asset of the film, with lots of stunts and fightsgreat ride but shallow temporary emotional. Second cast, where the protagonist and antagonist are really well and where the side met and sometimes rise beyondthe proscenium film, if there is such a thing.

Arguably, POP has something of Aladdin and his magic lamp, especially as the main character is concerned, since both come out of nowhere and want to join thekings and queens, princes and princesses, and the truth is there are also parallels with the magical elements, in this case instead of a genie lamp and have their respective dagger in the handle hides a magical sand able to go back in time to its wearer.

In short, a movie more than those that extracts all the juice out of the gameeconomically, serving to entertain and to delight fans of authentic Persian prince, if any.

"Resident Evil 4: Ultratumba_Resident Evil 4: Afterlife (2010)" Zombyebye

ZOMBYEBYE

Resident Evil definitely has nothing to do with zombies or almost better that it is not a zombie movie, or maybe I already am getting old and these zombies seem anything but zombies when they run, jump, dive and large hatched plans. Anyway, at this point of the story is that this little timid and indecisive Alice both captivated is now more of a heroine who endure what you throwI agree with most critics who see in this quarter of RE a whiff of Matrix in the melee, the exchange of fire or just clothing. Even with the passage of time remains Matrix Matrix. In RE4 has lost a little sense of history, is not there but not the most prevalent aspects of action pure and simple, to teach flesh and blood, explosions and technology. Perhaps most disturbing is the beginning of the film in Tokyo, mostly for aesthetic shift that lasts five minutes but gives the film another go. And what about Arcadia, does dreamland?, A supposed bubble to life in a world that is dying from the virus T.

One of the mistakes I see most glaring in all films is the role of RE Umbrella. We know it is a company dedicated to the art of medical service, and although they appear are people that have something to do with the plot never does one hear that is all that, never to explanations of how they acquired so much power and as I still retain.

In these days where the zombies are back in fashion as series and films each year, it occurs to me that RE contributes to what makes the cooked pepper to Madrid, I mean. RE4 will not go down in history for their effects (which are good), it will be remembered for his children (who are well worked), or their players (except perhaps a mile), or even go down in history for his film look, in my point of view will go down in history because it was one of the sagas from a game that is worth the redundancy have given more play. And beware that the fifth is for next year and directs Milla, which follow the party!.

FROM A ZOMBIE MOVIE WITH SOME ACTION TO AN ACTION MOVIE WITH SOME ZOMBIES.

The change of scenery, this time outside of Raccoon City, and give it another movie about the first delivery. Revelation begins by reminding the end of Resident Evil (RE) and is using the formula of zombies in search of food as initial claim. However, RE 2 becomes frantic action film of pure adrenaline jolts, a tangle of conspiracies and government coverups. All this accompanied by two key characters: Alice and Matt. Both GM Umbrella experiment called Nemesis, will face this time against each other as part of a plan to (minus) beget the perfect soldier.

Indeed, in this second installment in the previous over, the writers have taken more licenses when the game adaptation. Some would have seemed wrong and it is understandable if one expects fidelity to it. For my part, I think he has earned in entertainment and action to the detriment of the zombies, well, history is increasingly going into other courses such as the battles between hero and monster (with feelings). This formula has already been seen many times and has some success, however in the fact RE include the zombie effect gives a new turn, as a seal that distinguishes itself and increases its value.

Well, I said, more action than zombies, more shots and spectacular stunts bites and amputations, more complex characters and cool and no more than RE for the time being fulfilled its role to entertain and nothing more.

A greeting.

ALL ZOMBIES ARE THE SAME?

Zombies, from the voodoo religion are undead, so far nothing new. Nor is new and extremely costly since some time, the virus has been introduced as a new creative element of zombies in literature and film of the genre, this film set in relief. However, as argued in different forums, which often have appalling aspect of zombies in the movies is at least too caught with forceps. While obviously this is science fiction there is not a virus that resembles anything like the effects we see in RE (Resident Evil), much less that its spread is so effective. The heart of a dead person does not pump blood, so there is no oxygen to allow the movement and say no if you get shot up one after another and still stands as if nothing had happened. Another point is that zombies tend to spend long periods of starvation that they should at least subtract forces. Besides being killed in a state of putrefaction, the movies never tend to reflect that aspect, if you look at it in a few films the protagonist is getting expensive to have sucked a lemon to be cornered by a group of zombies.

Leaving aside all these cons that have the Living Dead movies, which is already in itself an inconsistency, RE rescues that spirit of Romero's early work, unleashing the macabre scenes and quite gores. RE entertained at all times and keeps guessing until the end, an end as you probably know a lot open for further sequels. The protagonist walks through The Beehive (Underground Research Center in which the virus exploits) Smite herding and shooting zombies in human and animal nature much like the video game in which the film is based. The director is regular, in line with other horror films that went as Event Horizon or Alien vs. Predator. The performances do not stand out, even that of Milla Jovovich is correct. An interesting aspect is the introduction of a computer character, the Red Queen, in the style of HAL 9000 from "2001: A Space Odyssey" of Kubrick who at first tried to control the output of the virus to subsequently pursue the Beehive and try to annihilate the more infected you can.

In short, a zombie movie entertaining and interesting touches but little novel, the first of a series of films that get the filmmaking encourage Series B pull-based consoles.

A greeting.
